Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to manage on-site stock, pull items for orders, organize inventory, and ensure accurate bin locations. The role requires reading and updating documents, coordinating with vendors, and supporting production schedules with timely procurement.

You will maintain a neat warehouse, monitor purchase orders, and communicate material status across teams while adhering to safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pull items for orders, organize inventory, and stock shelves.
• Make changes when an order does not meet established standards.
• Notify requesting party about stock status and availability.
• Place newly purchased items in the correct bin location; maintain orderly inventory.
• Purchase materials, obtain pricing, lead times, and delivery information from vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor open orders; follow up on status and changes.
• Expedite critical materials to support production schedules and customer commitments.
