Job summary

Superior Alarm Systems (SAS) is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support our Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams in Los Angeles. You’ll manage procurement of materials, process POs, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure on-time deliveries and cost efficiency.

This full‑time onsite role requires 2+ years in purchasing or supply chain, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks and D‑Tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related field.
• Experience processing purchase orders, managing suppliers, and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP systems; QuickBooks and D‑Tools are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, supplies, and licenses for operations.
• Process and track purchase orders; coordinate with Accounting on billing.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships for pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantities, or pricing.
• Maintain purchasing records, documentation, and reports for compliance.
• Update product catalogs, pricing, and purchasing data.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, audits, and warehouse coordination.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Warehouse on audits and initiatives.
