Responsibilities

• The Purchasing Coordinator will handle the day-to-day purchasing for Sunday Cool.
• The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for recurring bulk inventory purchases and consumable inventory items.
• The Purchasing Coordinator must have strong communication skills to communicate inventory and sales order issues with several internal departments.
• Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.
• Assesses current inventory availability; reasonably predicts future availability based on reports, delivery systems, and other variables.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Responsible for keeping inventory of operation materials and supplies.
• Coordinates removal or disposal of surplus materials.
