Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, accounts payable, accounting, or risk management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and administrative processes.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing transactions with vendors and campus departments.
• Review invoices, payment requests, and ensure policy compliance.
• Administer and coordinate College insurance programs and renewals.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with IRS regulations and internal controls.
