Job summary

Lennar is seeking a procurement leader to develop and negotiate local labor sourcing agreements across divisions in Florida and Georgia. The role supports the Division President to maximize cost efficiencies and ensure timely supply for multiple communities.

The candidate will drive purchasing strategy, manage supplier relationships, and oversee value engineering with trade partners, aiming to improve cost per square foot and overall financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and managing supplier/trade partner relationships.
• Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
• Sound financial management knowledge.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Must be able to work under pressure as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sourcing agreements for labor spend.
• Participate in division business planning and leadership activities.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate the use of automated purchasing systems.
• Analyze cost plans and value engineering adjustments.
