Job summary

Lennar is seeking a procurement leader to develop, negotiate, and execute local sourcing agreements for labor categories while supporting the Division President to maximize cost efficiencies. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate purchasing systems across divisions and Florida ROC to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience; 5+ years sourcing and supplier/trade partner relationships.
Superior analytical, influencing, and communication skills; sound financial management knowledge.
Strong project management capabilities and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the Division Business Plan creation and implementation.
Adopt the role of strategist as a key member of the Division Leadership Team.
Ensure compliance with Purchasing Policies and Procedures throughout the department.
Coordinate automated purchasing system and other systems used in purchasing.
Analyze plans for cost reduction and value engineering with design ideas.
