Job summary

Toll Brothers in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support the Purchasing Manager with bidding and contracting processes, including preparing master construction agreements, scopes of work, and bid spreads. You will also help obtain pricing from trade partners and manage contracting documents in Feith and DocuSign.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracting documentation and provide administrative support: master construction agreements, scopes of work, bid contract confirmation documents.
• Validate pricing and prepare bid spreads for comparison.
• Process, upload, and index signed contracting documents to Feith and route for signature via DocuSign.
• Aid in obtaining pricing from trade partners for new plans, options, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the Purchasing function in the division.
