Job summary

ACI Building Systems is seeking a Purchasing & Materials Coordinator to support procurement, pricing, and delivery coordination for production and projects. You will gather material requirements, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure on-time availability of materials.

You will collaborate with Detailing, Engineering, Production, Sales, and Estimating while maintaining accurate purchasing records and ERP data. Strong organizational and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, materials planning, or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Review material requirement reports and ERP planning data to support purchasing.
• Create and manage purchase orders for structural steel and related materials.
• Obtain supplier quotations and assist with pricing for estimating and planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are available for production.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Track open orders and provide updates in meetings and project discussions.
• Support inventory planning and material replenishment activities.
