Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Procure shop supplies and ensure timely availability for staff.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Handle shipping/receiving and verify against PO/packing slips.
• Enter POs, receipts and vendor data in ERP system.
• Reconcile invoices with POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Support supplier communication and follow-up on orders.
• Expedite open orders and communicate delivery updates.
• Organize storage and receiving areas for efficiency and safety.
• Maintain positive vendor and internal relationships.
• Assist with other purchasing tasks as needed.
