Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Providing a continuous supply of competitively priced products on a regular and timely basis.
• Negotiating with suppliers for each category and developing supply matrices for best landed cost.
• Developing supply agreements and capturing pricing provisions into contracts.
• Monitoring pricing compliance and ensuring transparency of changes and discrepancies.
• Developing objectives for assigned product categories.
• Establishing and monitoring vendor capacity to meet cost, quality and service targets.
• Conducting regular performance, business and financial reviews of suppliers.
• Creating production schedules for promotions and monitoring supplier production weekly.
• Communicating marketing activities to suppliers.
• Provide additional support to meet business needs.
