AMS Impact Group is seeking a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee procurement and disbursement functions for our educational operations in Arizona. This full-time role manages the P2P cycle, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with funding requirements and purchasing regulations.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in AP/procurement, 1–2 years of leadership, and strong Excel skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule with competitive benefits and a salary range of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of four to five years of Accounts Payable or procurement experience.
• Minimum of one to two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with fund accounting and multiple funding sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule daily tasks for Purchasing and Accounts Payable staff.
• Oversee three-way matching and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions across multiple funding sources and campus budgets.
• Ensure full procure-to-pay cycle from PO to final payment is managed effectively.
• Train staff and support non-financial departments on purchasing processes.
