Responsibilities

• Source materials and maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and monitor product costs and availability
• Process stock and non-stock purchase orders
• Maintain accurate manufacturer costs, pricing, and product records
• Monitor inventory levels and help reduce aged inventory
• Work with the sales team daily to prepare quotes and support customer orders
• Coordinate material releases and communicate delivery expectations
• Process returns, freight claims, credits, and order changes
