Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Coordinate procurement and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers while monitoring performance.
• Track orders, shipments, backorders, and delivery schedules.
• Process and distribute purchase orders and invoices.
• Review purchasing reports and ad hoc data to support decisions.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed (product specs, quantities, splits, multiple locations).
• Serve as liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding order status and fulfillment.
• Resolve discrepancies while maintaining high-level customer service.
• Maintain records in company purchasing systems.
