Job summary

Crawford Architects seeks a Senior Project Manager to serve as the municipality’s lead advisor for complex, developer-led capital programs in San Antonio, TX. You will manage planning, design, procurement, and closeout for major urban developments, coordinating with public agencies, developers, and community stakeholders to ensure value and public objectives are met.

• Evaluate compliance with agreements, incentives, design standards, and regulations; coordinate reviews across departments.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, permitting, and construction progress; recommend improvements.
