Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field and four years of progressively responsible procurement experience.
• At least two years of procurement supervisory experience and two years of governmental procurement experience.
• One of the listed professional procurement certifications is required to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement and contracting operations for the city.
• Manage complex solicitations and oversee pre- and post-award activities.
• Ensure compliance with City Code, policies, and state/federal laws.
• Collaborate with City departments and vendors and drive ethical, transparent processes.
• Leverage e-Procurement and ERP systems to streamline workflows.
