Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.

• Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of non-supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement staff and lead recruitment, training, performance management, and development.
• Provide advisory and technical support across procurement activities including RFQs, IFBs, RFPs, RFQs, and cooperative contracts.
• Manage and monitor contracts, ensure compliance, and lead category management efforts.
