Job summary

ENGICON CM seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee multi-project planning and development within Engineering and Construction programs. You will manage budgets, schedules, funding allocations, and closeout activities while coordinating with stakeholders and preparing executive reports.

The role requires a decade of program management experience in public or educational settings, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and credentials such as CCM or LEED when available.

Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years full time paid experience in the management and administration of various programs and projects.
  • Minimum four years’ experience in managing programs in a public or educational agency, with full responsibility for coordinating complex activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management; substitutions allowed year-for-year with experience.
  • Preferred licenses: Architect (California), CCM credential, LEED accreditation.
  • Experience managing multiple education or public agency programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of program planning and development across projects including Engineering and Construction; Technical Support; Bidding Strategy; Schedules; Budget; Funding source and allocations; Grants Management.
  • Review budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure conformance with scope, time, and dollar requirements.
  • Supervise project planners to develop project scope, schedule, and budget aligned to stakeholder goals.
  • Develop funding strategies leveraging state grants, private grants, and partnerships.
  • Produce executive reports and support closeout and compliance with funding sources.
  • Coordinate policies and procedures for Construction Programs including funding policies and guideline updates.
  • Engage in stakeholder meetings, summarize progress, and prepare distribution-ready reports.
