Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking a seasoned Facilities Project Manager to oversee multiple district facilities projects from planning through construction. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and college administrators to advance building, renovation, and capital improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong project leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills, with travel across sites as needed. A PMP/CCM or equivalent qualification is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, urban planning, or related field with four years of professional-level planning or construction experience.
• PMP or CCM certification plus five years of related experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–25 projects concurrently with budgets from $100K to $3M each across planning, design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and district staff to develop building plans and specifications.
• Develop budgets, implement controls, and prepare project documents and reviews for Trustees/OCBO and other authorities.
• Monitor project risks and facilitate risk mitigation and schedule adherence.
• Oversee procurement, bid reviews, change orders, and close-out activities; ensure compliance with policies.
