Job summary

ENGICON CM in Los Angeles seeks an experienced PMO Construction Administrator to provide technical and administrative support for the PMO and District Facilities, Planning, and Development on bond-funded projects.

You will track RFIs and submittals, review Change Orders, coordinate with design and construction teams, maintain logs, prepare reports, and ensure timely processing and approvals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a similar construction role
• BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and document reviews

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative PMO support on bond-funded projects
• Track RFIs and submittals with owner/design/construction teams
• Review COs, FOs, and other contract documents
• Coordinate Change Orders across PMO and District FPD
• Review CO documents for completeness and accuracy
• Participate in coordination meetings to ensure timely reviews
• Maintain Change Order Logs and related tracking files
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports
• Distribute meeting minutes and maintain electronic records
