Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Provider Relations Lead to strengthen collaborations with MSOs, IPAs, medical groups, PCPs, and hospitals across a defined region. You will drive performance initiatives, engagement, and KPI achievement, serving as the main liaison and quarterback for provider relationships.

The role emphasizes account management, regulatory compliance, and hands-on analysis to improve star ratings, cost of care, utilization, and access while delivering exceptional service to SCAN’s members.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant healthcare or Medicare Advantage experience
• Experience with provider organizations or healthcare operations
• Experience with delegated or risk-based provider arrangements
• Experience supporting provider performance improvement initiatives
• Experience presenting data to provider or operational audiences

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary operational liaison between SCAN and provider organizations within a defined geographic region
• Manage FFS network for Southern California
• Execute and monitor regional provider performance initiatives aligned to KPIs
• Conduct regular operational touchpoints and Joint Operating Committee meetings with providers
• Partner cross-functionally with Network Contracting, Network Operations, Clinical, Quality, Growth, and Analytics teams
