Job summary

SCAN Health Plan in California is seeking a Provider Relations Lead to strengthen partnerships with contracted providers across the Southern California region, focusing on performance initiatives in quality, cost, utilization, access, and regulatory metrics.

You will serve as the primary liaison, drive provider engagement, review performance results, and coordinate with networks to ensure compliance and successful action plans; a mostly remote role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare or Medicare Advantage experience.
• Experience with provider organizations or healthcare operations.
• Experience with delegated or risk-based provider arrangements.
• Experience supporting provider performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience presenting data to provider or operational audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between SCAN and assigned provider organizations.
• Execute and monitor regional provider performance initiatives aligned to KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated provider engagement.
• Investigate and resolve provider escalations and operational concerns.
• Deliver provider education and training on SCAN programs and policies.
