Job summary

Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan seeks a Provider Liaison to strengthen the Munson Healthcare Physician Network and drive regional growth. You will engage with practices, system leadership, and service lines to improve alignment and the provider experience.

The ideal candidate will manage a regional portfolio, influence physicians and staff, and leverage data to support decision-making and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, marketing, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience, ideally in physician practices or ambulatory operations.
• Experience supporting growth initiatives, referral strategy, or provider engagement is preferred.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with physicians, APPs, and staff.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage regional portfolio and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic relationship manager and growth partner within Munson’s Physician Network.
• Oversee regional provider engagement, referral performance, and network growth.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize provider workflows and patient access.
