Job summary

The Provider Liaison at Munson Healthcare serves as a strategic relationship manager within the Munson Healthcare Physician Network, driving alignment, growth, and a strong provider experience. This role requires independent account management, regional focus, and collaboration with system leadership and service lines.

You will engage providers, monitor referral performance, and work with stakeholders to ensure initiatives support enterprise priorities and regional growth in northern Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, marketing, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare experience with preference for provider relations, network development, or growth strategy.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows, referral processes, and patient flow.
• Experience supporting growth initiatives or provider engagement efforts is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with physicians and office staff.
• Solid analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio and drive strategic initiatives.
