The University of Rochester seeks an executive physician recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for executive physicians and other high-level clinical roles at University Medical Center. You will partner with search committees and leaders, map talent, and build long-term pipelines while delivering a superior candidate experience.

You will develop tailored strategies by specialty and market conditions, coordinate interviews, site visits, and offers, and stay current on HR trends and employment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience including physician/healthcare executive recruitment.
• Experience with talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and pipeline development.
• Ability to engage candidates not actively seeking opportunities and manage high-touch searches.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive physicians and other senior clinical roles.
• Partner with search committees and leaders to deliver progress updates and strategic guidance.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies by specialty and market conditions.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience with equity and quality in presentation.
• Maintain talent maps and passive sourcing to build long-term pipelines.
