Responsibilities

• Lead Provider Compensation team and align compensation programs with recruitment and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Physician leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies that meet regulatory and market requirements.
• Design and oversee compensation models, ensuring fair market value and regulatory compliance.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate compensation data and insights to staff and leadership.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust compensation practices to remain competitive and compliant.
• Manage day-to-day budgetary responsibilities and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
