Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, economics, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, provider compensation, healthcare finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and financial modeling.
• Ability to interpret contractual compensation terms and translate them into accurate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records of provider employment agreements, compensation terms, amendments, incentive arrangements, and other financial obligations.
• Calculate provider compensation in accordance with approved agreements, including base, wRVU, productivity, quality, call coverage, and other payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual provider compensation calculations and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile provider compensation against payroll records and identify discrepancies.
• Validate productivity data from EMR, billing, payroll, or other systems; review unusual trends or posting-date issues.
• Prepare provider compensation statements explaining calculations, payments, adjustments, and balances.
• Respond to provider and leadership questions regarding compensation calculations promptly.
• Track contract terms, thresholds, renewal dates, and incentive periods.
