Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience in AEC or professional services.
• Experience managing RFP/RFQ responses end-to-end, including formatting and assembly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign or equivalent.
• CRM data entry discipline and report generation experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written communication with professional prose and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & pursuit coordination to manage deadlines, content, and submissions.
• Marketing systems and administration: CRM data, reports, templates, and calendars.
• Brand and content execution: website updates, case studies, and social content.
• Events and industry outreach: trade shows, registrations, and lead tracking.
