Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Manager for Proposals in a hybrid role, based in Florida. You will oversee proposal activities from team assignment to final delivery, guiding teams through development, reviews, and submission cycles.

You’ll need strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills, with a track record in proposal management and collaboration across groups. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military or training.
• Proposal Management work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data management programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• RFP Analysis & Strategy: analyze RFPs to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• End-to-End Project Management: manage the proposal lifecycle and schedule.
• Content Creation: develop persuasive proposal content that differentiates value.
• Review, Quality & Compliance: conduct rigorous reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge Management: maintain a centralized content library for submissions
