Job summary

Best Best & Krieger LLP is a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Pursuits and Proposals Specialist to join its Marketing team. You will lead assigned proposals, pitches and strategic pursuit materials from initial assessment through submission and follow‑up, developing persuasive content that communicates the firm’s experience and differentiators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• At least four years of hands‑on experience writing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals or pitches in a legal or professional services environment is desired.
• Law firm experience and working with attorneys in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned pursuits through the full proposal lifecycle from intake to follow-up.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and manage compliance matrices and schedules.
• Draft and edit tailored, persuasive content communicating BBK’s experience and differentiators.
• Prepare and coach attorney interview teams and support presentation development.
• Maintain proposal content, bios, and templates in Foundation.
• Coordinate production, proofreading, and delivery logistics to ensure timely submissions.
