The Crowd, an internationally recognized architecture and design practice, seeks a Proposals Manager to join its New York team in a full-time hybrid role. You will lead proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and pursuit submissions, coordinating with project teams and leadership to craft compelling, timely submissions while maintaining high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals, bids, or pursuit submissions in architecture, engineering, or design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and coordination of proposals from kickoff to final submission.
• Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and technical staff to gather content.
• Manage multiple pursuits while meeting deadlines and aligning stakeholders.
• Support BD initiatives by researching opportunities and tracking pipeline.
