Job summary

The Crowd is a design-focused international studio based in New York seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through fabrication to installation. You will partner with a talented senior team, manage multiple engagements, and act as the main client liaison, with on-site travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, experiential, exhibitions or immersive design studios.
• End-to-end project experience from concept through fabrication and installation.
• Proven track record managing diverse projects of varying scopes.
• Strong client account management capabilities.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $1M+.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client and supplier liaison throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects of varying budgets simultaneously.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Update directors on budget matters.
• Keep project team informed on milestones and progress.
• Collaborate with leadership to allocate design resources.
• Provide guidance on feasibility and execution strategies.
• Source products and materials.
• Coordinate site visits and oversee on-site installations.
