Job summary

ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Strategic Proposal Center and support high-impact federal environmental, nuclear, construction, and industrial opportunities.

You will manage the full proposal lifecycle from quick-turn task orders to complex, multi-volume submissions, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery while collaborating with managers, SMEs, writers, reviewers, subcontractors, and leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal coordination.
Solid understanding of RFP structures and compliance requirements.
Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail.
Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs/RFIs to extract requirements, deadlines, submission instructions, and evaluation factors.
Develop and maintain proposal schedules, calendars, and action items.
Coordinate kickoff meetings, status meetings, reviews, and other proposal activities.
Track status of all proposal components and ensure deadlines are met.
Format, assemble, and submit final proposal documents across portals and formats.
