ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Proposal Manager in Danbury, CT to lead end-to-end proposal efforts for U.S. military, intelligence community, and space programs.

You will coordinate with business leadership, customers, and internal teams to craft compliant, compelling proposals aligned with ARKA’s mission. Travel to customer sites may be required. The role demands a TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in DoD/IC procurement, and exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills to drive

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance (or recently debriefed)
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in a technical or business-related field
• Experience developing winning proposals within DoD/IC
• Experience with federal procurement processes and FAR/DFARS
• Strong project management, organization, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to interact with executives and customers
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks under deadlines
• Knowledge of DoD multi-int and multi-domain intelligence tasking/processing/exploitation/dissemination

Responsabilités

• Define and implement proposal strategies aligned with business goals
• Engage with key customers to understand mission needs and program imperatives
• Manage end-to-end proposal development and submission
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs to craft winning proposals
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time submission
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content for clarity and persuasion
• Lead proposal reviews and incorporate feedback
• Prepare submissions and participate in presentations or negotiations as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer mission needs
• Travel to customer sites as necessary
