Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years in proposal management, pursuit strategy, marketing or business development.
• Strong proposal writing, editing, storytelling and strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned RFPs, proactive proposals, oral presentations, and other pursuit deliverables from planning through final delivery.
• Guide teams on client needs, win themes, differentiators, and content requirements.
• Coordinate proposal activity with sector leaders, marketing and client service stakeholders.
• Translate priorities into proposal-ready guidance and reusable language.
• Collaborate with content teams to identify reusable content and maintain consistency.
• Utilize approved templates and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, quality and risk control.
• Share pod-level insights with National Proposal Team leadership and stakeholders.
