Job summary

Jacobs, a global leader in engineering and scientific solutions, seeks a Graphic Designer to join the Strategic Pursuits Creative Solutions team in support of proposals and sales on a national scale.

You will lead design from concept to completion, crafting graphics, presentations, and positioning material using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint, while ensuring brand compliance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or related discipline; or demonstrated work experience in the A/E/C industry in lieu of degree.
• At least 5 years professional graphic design experience.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic graphic design solutions to support the production of winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations (long document layouts, PowerPoint decks, storyboards, covers/dividers, brochures, illustrations, interactive PDFs).
• Plan and design compelling visuals in collaboration with proposal teams and technical staff to strengthen messaging.
• Develop visuals that convey complex technical information clearly and concisely; champion brand standards and improve design processes.
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise; support branding and best practices across projects.
