Job summary

Anchor QEA seeks a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Client Experience Team in Seattle or Irvine (or local to an Anchor QEA office). You will support Managers in developing high-quality proposals and SOQs, coordinating content, and ensuring on-time submissions.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Word/PowerPoint, formatting, and QA/QC skills, plus 2–3 years in A/E/C marketing. This is a regular full-time, on-site position offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Adobe PDF/InDesign for professional proposals.
• Knowledge of A/E/C industry marketing, proposal processes, and SF330 submittals.
• Attention to detail with formatting consistency and QA/QC of data and documents.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and organize content for proposals.
• Experience coordinating materials and team logistics for interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of competitive proposals and SOQs under Proposal Managers.
• Develop outlines, templates, and formats responsive to client requirements.
• Maintain proposal schedules and track assignments across deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and refine pursuit messaging.
• Prepare and refine resumes, company information, and marketing collateral.
• Format, proofread, and quality-check proposal documents for accuracy and branding.
• Coordinate production, submission, file organization, and closeout activities.
• Update proposal content, resumes, project descriptions, and opportunities in systems.
