Job summary

Anchor QEA is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager in Irvine, CA, with a strong background in A/E/C marketing and proposal development. This role focuses on creating high-quality proposals that align with evaluation criteria and clearly convey how our expertise supports client goals.

Responsibilities include leading proposal outlines, schedules, and content production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight differentiators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in A/E/C.
• Experience in preparing SF330 submittals and familiarity with federal procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of project branding, QA/QC, and responsible for on-brand deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal outlines, concepts, and formats designed for maximum scoring.
• Develop detailed proposal schedules and manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to execute a winning strategy and identify differentiators.
• Prepare proposal content including resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Support company-wide business development efforts as needed.
• Occasionally work evenings/weekends and perform duties virtually with stable Wi‑Fi.
