Job summary

Anchor QEA is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Client Experience Team. You will support Proposal Managers in developing high-quality proposals and SOQs, gathering and refining content, and ensuring timely, brand-consistent submissions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BD leaders, strong formatting, and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign. Office flexibility includes Seattle or Irvine, with no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant A/E/C experience.
• Strong formatting and proofreading skills for proposals and SOQs.
• Familiarity with pursuit content, branding, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal outlines, templates, and formats to respond to client requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and manage multiple deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and incorporate pursuit messaging.
• Prepare and refine proposal content, resumes, company information, project descriptions, and forms.
• Format, proofread, and perform quality-control reviews of proposal documents for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Coordinate document production, submission requirements, file organization, and closeout activities.
• Maintain and update proposal content and opportunity data in company systems.
• Support company-wide business development efforts as needed.
