Job summary

Clinilabs in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development, review, and submission of client proposals and budgets in response to RFPs, RFIs, and sponsor requirements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Contracts to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in proposal development or related clinical research operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRO operations, RFP/RFI processes, and budgeting.
• Ability to develop compliant, client-focused proposal text and budgets.
• Knowledge of European trial budget requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and administration of proposals and budgets in response to RFPs/RFIs.
• Coordinate, organize, and lead the proposal team from intake to final submission.
• Establish and manage proposal development processes, schedules, and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct strategy calls and reviews to ensure sponsor alignment and approvals.
