Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years writing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses required.
• Experience in law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
• Proposal management or business development experience desirable.
• Familiarity with Foundation or other proposal platforms; quick to learn new tech.
• Experience coaching attorneys for interviews and presentations; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned pursuits through the full proposal lifecycle: intake, assessment, strategy, drafting, review, production, submission and follow-up.
• Analyze solicitation requirements; manage compliance matrices and detailed project schedules.
• Lead kickoff and strategy discussions with attorneys and stakeholders; align on client needs and win themes.
• Draft and edit persuasive content communicating the firm's experience, approach and differentiators.
• Support pursuit strategy and client growth with research and positioning.
• Prepare and coach attorney interview teams; develop presentations and training materials.
• Maintain proposal content, biographies and templates in Foundation; manage version control.
• Use Asana to coordinate schedules, track pursuits and report to leadership.
