Qualifications

• Experience assisting with RFPs and RFQs, coordinating inputs, formatting, editing, and quality control.
• Collaborates with technical staff to translate complex content into client-friendly messaging.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Design sensibility with eye for digital and print layouts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign; familiarity with web platforms.
• Ability to work independently and with a dispersed regional team.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal writing, coordination, strategy, and development for diverse services and sectors.
• Prepare engaging proposals, qualifications, and promotional materials.
• Translate complex technical information into clear messaging with staff.
• Coordinate pursuit planning and competitive positioning with leaders.
