Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of proposal estimating, finance, government contracting, or cost estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating effort and shape bid strategies.
• Coordinate collection of cost, schedule, and performance data for proposals.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and RFP specifications.
• Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements within pricing and estimating functions.
