Job summary

Uwill is seeking a Proposal Writer to support sales, product, and marketing teams. Hybrid, full-time role reporting to the SVP of Customer Operations and Support.

You will create proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and other documentation that communicates our value proposition and technical elements. Responsibilities include overseeing proposal materials from drafting to submission, tailoring content to strategy, building a knowledge base, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and proofreading ability.
• Proficient in Google Docs and RFP software.
• MS Word proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills.
• Experience in responding to RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and submission of proposal materials.
• Manage timeline and deadlines across teams.
• Customize materials to sales strategy.
• Draft proposals from existing content.
• Build cross-department relationships.
• Establish win/loss debrief process.
• Manage contributor and reviewer roles.
