Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Proposal Manager to join our team in Centreville, VA. You will champion the development and delivery of major proposals, qualifications, and other bid materials for federal pursuits.

Lead a cross-functional team, set strategy for content, manage stakeholders, mentor staff, and ensure compliant, compelling responses that win contracts. This role requires US citizenship, 8+ years' experience, and 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years in managing and writing multi-volume proposals for Federal contracts >$50M.
• Experience developing Government RFI/RFP/RFQ responses.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing complex proposals and task orders to create compliant, responsive deliverables.
• Set strategy for content development with decisive authority.
• Mentor and guide team members, provide feedback and recognition.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report progress to senior leadership.
• Refine proposal processes and best practices for pursuit excellence.
• Coordinate with capture teams, SMEs, and graphics/desktop publishing teams.
