Job summary

Principle Services, LLC in Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Proposal Specialist to create and manage proposal content, craft non-technical copy, and coordinate with multiple departments to win bids.

You will oversee templates, track deadlines, perform RFP reviews, and support marketing with graphics and data. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in construction or industrial industries are preferred; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum of three years experience in a construction or industrial related industry.
• Energy industry experience is strongly preferred with understanding of transmission/ distribution or renewable markets.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading and branding sense.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under time constraints.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; knowledge of InDesign or Canva is a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor registrations with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and update proposal snippets/content and maintain templates for BD communications.
• Collaborate with functional areas to inform proposal deliverables and monitor data quality.
• Identify and screen bid opportunities and perform competitor analysis.
• Lead proposal development, drive reviews, and facilitate strategy sessions.
• Draft non-technical content using snippets and prior proposals; ensure brand voice and grammar.
• Submit proposals on client bid platforms and implement process/content improvements.
• Develop RFP DOR, coordinate deadlines, and track pursuit details in Proposal Tracker.
• Maintain project profiles, resumes, and visual assets; manage prequalification packages.
• Create graphics such as org charts and timelines; support marketing efforts as needed.
