Job summary

5W Public Relations LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented proposal and program strategist to support our Creative Strategy team across PR, digital, and omnichannel opportunities.

This hybrid role focuses on translating team thinking into polished proposals, timelines, and slide copy, across Corporate, Consumer, and other divisions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in PR or creative strategy, strong writing and editing skills, and experience with deck-building and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PR, creative strategy, marketing, or digital comms.
• Strong writing, editing, and deck-building skills.
• Understanding of PR and digital tactics including influencer marketing.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing deadlines.
• Familiar with project management tools (Slack, Monday) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and organize proposals, new business decks, case studies, and capabilities decks.
• Collaborate with account and digital teams to move proposals from outline to final format.
• Maintain timelines and milestones during proposal development.
• Refine copy to match client tone and business objectives.
• Translate strategy into clear, compelling slides and supporting copy.
• Monitor proposal performance and update templates, decks, and case studies.
• Keep digital asset drives up-to-date and organized.
• Research trends and benchmarks to support proposals when needed.
• Ensure proposals are buttoned-up, grammatically sound, visually organized, and on deadline.
