5WPR is seeking a detail-oriented proposal and program strategist to support our Creative Strategy team across PR, digital, and omnichannel opportunities. This execution-focused role translates team thinking into polished proposals and timelines, tightening copy and organizing decks under deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in PR, creative strategy, or digital communications, with strong writing and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in public relations, creative strategy, marketing, or digital communications; exposure to agency new business or strategy teams is a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and deck-building skills.
• Understanding of PR and digital tactics, including influencer marketing, social campaigns, and integrated brand strategy.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Write, edit, and organize proposals, new business decks, case studies, and capabilities decks for PR and digital clients.
• Collaborate with account and digital teams to bring proposals to life from outline to final format.
• Maintain ownership of timelines and milestones during proposal development.
• Refine and rewrite copy to match client tone, objectives, and pitch goals.
• Translate strategy and tactics into clear, compelling slides and supporting copy.
• Monitor proposal performance (win/loss) and update templates, decks, and case studies.
• Ensure digital asset drives are kept up-to-date and organized.
• Research relevant trends, competitors, or category benchmarks to support proposals when needed.
• Ensure proposals are buttoned-up, grammatically sound, visually organized, and on deadline.
