5W Public Relations is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic proposal and program strategist to support our Creative Strategy team across PR, digital, and omnichannel opportunities. This executional role translates team thinking into polished proposals and timelines, tightening copy and organizing decks under deadlines.

The ideal candidate has experience across Corporate & Tech to Consumer Lifestyle and will support both Corporate and Consumer divisions in a hybrid role.

Formación

• 3-5 years in public relations, creative strategy, marketing, or digital communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and deck-building abilities.
• Understanding of PR and digital tactics, including influencer marketing.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and juggling multiple deadlines.
• Comfort with project management tools or practices (e.g., Slack, Monday).
• Proficiency in deck building, AI, and research platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Write, edit, and organize proposals, new business decks, case studies, and capabilities decks across sectors.
• Collaborate with account and digital teams to bring proposals to life from outline to final format.
• Maintain ownership of timelines and milestones during proposal development.
• Refine and rewrite copy to match client tone, business objectives, and pitch goals.
• Translate strategy and tactics into clear, compelling slides and supporting copy.
• Monitor proposal performance (win/loss) and update proposal templates and case studies.
• Ensure digital asset drives are kept up-to-date and organized.
• Research trends, competitors, or benchmarks to support proposals when needed.
• Ensure proposals are buttoned-up, grammatically sound, visually organized, and on deadline.
