Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Proposal Writer. The Proposal Writer leads the development of clear, compelling, and compliant responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), client renewals, cross‑selling opportunities, follow‑up requests, and other business development initiatives. Working closely with Business Development, Client Relations, and subject matter experts across the organization, the Proposal Writer transforms complex operational, technical, financial, and strategic information into persuasive content tailored to each opportunity.
This position plays a critical role in helping Weichert win new business, strengthen client relationships, and communicate our value in a competitive marketplace. Success in this role requires strong writing skills, intellectual curiosity, effective project management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
The Proposal Writer manages assigned opportunities from initial review through final submission, helping shape proposal strategy, messaging, and content quality. The role leverages proposal technologies and AI‑enabled tools, including Qvidian and Microsoft Copilot, to support research, content development, and quality review while remaining accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of the final deliverable.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
