You will mentor staff, manage events, and advocate for residents, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. A strong communicator with organizational skills will thrive here.

Formación

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team to meet goals.
• Strategic thinker focused on occupancy and retention.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure work orders and turns meet standards.
• Develop strategies to increase occupancy and resident retention.
• Approve and monitor budget expenditures for ROI.
• Report key business risks and opportunities to executives.
